1 egg shell ground

We used Fydo Deim Hemp, Organic Flax seed, Spirulina, Organic Ginger, Kelp, Gluten Free Nutritional Yeast, Organic Whole Pumpkin, Papaya, Organic Banana,  Apple cider Vinegar, Organic Wheat Grass


Chop and boil carrots, parsnip, beets and parsley until tender. (save veggie water)

stove top cook beef keeping it slightly pink,  add egg is you don’t save your egg shells.

Grind egg shell in a mixer, bullet or coffee grinder.

Mix all together adding Super FydoPHood.

Store in an air tight container for up to 3 days otherwise bag and freeze for future meals
