Fresh is always best. I thought I’d enjoy making some breakfast for the girls using some ingredients I had in the fridge that I wasn’t using.

I’m feeding (3) 45# dogs with this recipe, so certainly you can adjust to your needs.

Highly Nutritious, supports the immune system, great source of protein

12 eggs- Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. If you can get your hands on pastured or Omega-3 enriched eggs, then these are even better. They have more Omega-3s and are much higher in Vitamin A and E

2 cups  spinach

1 cup mushrooms- 1 Many mushrooms are also good sources of selenium, an antioxidant mineral, as well as copper, niacin, potassium and phosphorous. Additionally, mushrooms provide protein, vitamin C and iron. Because their cells walls are undigestible unless exposed to heat, you must cook mushrooms to get their nutritional benefits.

1 medium size  red peppers

9 strips of turkey bacon- All dogs love bacon and if they don’t … that’s just weird.

2 medium sized sweet potato

cropped-superhero_dog_colored_with_broccoli2 teaspoons of your favorite Super Fydo PHoods,  In stead of cooking oil or butter, we used the  basic Coconut Recipe which has coconut oil as it’s base to cook with.

We used Super Fydo PHoods – Fydo Deim: Hemp, Organic Flax seed, Spirulina, Organic Ginger, Kelp, Gluten Free Nutritional Yeast, Organic Whole Pumpkin, Papaya, Organic Banana,  Apple cider Vinegar, Organic Wheat Grass

Rinse all veggies, then cube sweet potatoes in small chunks, chop red peppers, mushrooms, and spinach,

Cook bacon strips on stove top, add little bee nut buddy coconut mix if you need an oil base to fry.  Remove bacon and let cool.

Keep bacon flavoring in pan and add 2 table spoons of Bee Nut Buddie coconut mix and begin sautéing sweet potatoes, cover in low heat for about 10 minutes.

Then add mushrooms, red peppers and cover for 5 minutes

Add spinach let cover for 5 minutes

Add eggs and scramble all together until no longer runny.

Let cool, place on dish. I wrapped some sweet potato chunks in side the bacon for make it a bit more taste. Although must dogs won’t notice the added touch. the just chomp it down. …… Thanks Mom
