3 cups of of broccoli florets
1 cup carrots
one garlic clove
¾ cup cheddar cheese
1 ¼ cup gluten free bread crumbs
1 pkg of SFP We used Fydo Deim Hemp, Organic Flax seed, Spirulina, Organic Ginger, Kelp, Gluten Free Nutritional Yeast, Organic Whole Pumpkin, Papaya, Organic Banana, Apple cider Vinegar, Organic Wheat Grass
Preheat oven to 400, grease baking sheet
Blanche broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute then remove and immediately run cold water until cool then drain well
Chop broccoli finely and mix with cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, and SFP.
Using an ice cream scooper scoop mixture in your hands to create round balls.
Place on baking sheet, bake until golden brown and crispy 18 to 24 minutes turning halfway
