1/2 grated sweet potatoes

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 package of SFP we used FydoPawtein   Pea Protein, Organic Peanut Butter Powder, Organic Whole Pumpkin, Gluten Free Nutritional Yeast, Spinach, Organic Nomi, Organic Honey Dehydrated , Organic Red Bell Pepper, Coconut Water 

8 eggs

Preheat oven at 375, spray muffin pan

Wash sweet potato thoroughly and using a cheese grater to grate potato, then shred into medium size bowl, add cheese mix in your Super FydoPHood.

Add a few heaping teaspoons into each muffin tin, crack and egg on the top, place in oven for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked.

Serve cool or cold.
