1 cup frozen berry (we used blueberrys)

1 cup of berry juice

2 tables spoons honey

1/3 cup Gelatin Powder

pinch of salt

1 package of Super FydoPHoods (SFP)


We used Super FydoZymes: Organic Whole Pumpkin, Organic Flax Seed, Organic Ginger, Pineapple, Papaya, Chlorella, Organic Parsley, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Clove, Organic Marshmallow Root


Place you gummy molds on a flat cookie sheet or cutting board to transport to fridge.  Clear and area in fridge.

use a blender to puree berry’s

add berrys, honey, and juice into a sauce pan and bring to a low boil and immediately whisk SFP until combine.

remove saucepan and let set for 1 minute

Slowly, very slowly sprinkle  in small amounts of gelatin at a time and whisk until there are no clumps. if you add to fast it will clump so go slow.  Sir in salt

Using a candy dropper  works best when pouring into molds.

place in fridge for 2 hours and remove from molds.

place in glass container  or freeze.
