1 1/2 # Ground Beef Lean
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves of crushed Garlic
1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 package of Super FydoPHoods
We used Fydo Zymes Organic Whole Pumpkin, Organic Flax Seed, Organic Ginger, Pineapple, Papaya, Chlorella, Organic Parsley, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Clove, Organic Marshmallow Root
Preheat oven 350. In large mixing bowl add beef, carrots, parsley, crushed garlic, GF bread crumbs, eggs and Super FydoPhoods. Mix well, make into small meatballs
Bake at 350 for 25minutes
Potatoes 4 med sized peeled cubed and boiled cooked
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons GEE Butter
3 Tablespoons Turmeric
While meatballs are cooking prepare potatoes. Boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until soft.
Drain water and return potatoes to pan add milk, Gee, and Turmeric to pan, with hand mixer blend potatoes until whipped
After remove meatballs from oven scoop potatoes mix onto each meatball add bacon if you wish and return to oven for 7 minutes.
Cool and serve.
