Had some leftover spaghetti in the fridge so I made a snack for the girls.
12 oz brown rice GF non GMO spaghetti noodles
3 large range free eggs
1 1/2 cup of non dairy cheese
3/4 cup marinara sauce devided
1Lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup GF bread crumbs
1 package of Super FydoPHoods we used Fydo Flex Organic Turmeric, Organic Flax seed, Mangosteen, Organic Vita Cherry Raw, Organic Strawberry, Pineapple, Organic Ginger, Black Pepper, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
In a large bowl, toss cooled spaghetti with 1 beaten eggs, shredded cheese and 1/2 cup marinara.
Spray muffin tin with coconut spray and nest the spaghetti inside.
Bake at 350 for 15 – 20 minutes
In the meantime Let’s make the muttballs
In same mixing bowl add beef, garlic, breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, remaining marinara and Super FydoPHoods roll into a muttball.
In large skillet brown the muttballs 4 minutes each side.

now remove nest from oven and while warm, using the bottom of a shot glass press the firmly down the center of the nest creating a well. Allow to cool and remove from tin.
Add place muttball inside. Fun taste healthful with a power pac of nutrition.
