Enzymes are not only for digestion, but are needed for many important rolls in the body. As we age, our enzymes can become depleted and it’s necessary to eat health foods that provide natural enzymes.

In fact, eating can cause enzyme depletion, as it robs the enzymes from other important functions to rush and digest food. And if we are not adding and eating an abundant amount of enzymes our body suffers.

Same for our dogs, enzymes are needed in every cell for health and wellness.

1 Cup Goat Kefer. Kefir is a fermented milk beverage that contains many digestive enzymes, including lipases, proteases and lactases. These enzymes break down fat, protein and lactose molecules, respectively.
